No Refunds & No Returns

Please note that all sales are final.
We don’t offer refunds or accept returns, so we encourage you to double-check your order before completing your purchase.

In Case of Damaged Products

Your happiness matters to us! If your item arrives damaged during shipping, no worries — we’re here to help. Just make sure to:

Contact us within 24 hours from the time of delivery.

Share your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and the packaging.

Unfortunately, if more than 24 hours have passed, we won’t be able to assist with replacements.

Non-Exchangeable Items

We also cannot accept exchanges unless the product was damaged during shipping and reported on time.
